Mary's Song
Today we read Luke 1:46-56. In this passage Mary is so overcome with excitement and thanksgiving that she sings a song to God. Throughout her song she praises Him for what He has done in her life and in the world around her. We talked today about worshipping God through song and how important it is to praise God. We found each of the things in the passage that Mary was praising God for and then talked about things we can praise Him for in our own lives. He is wonderful and has done many great things for us! Today's ornament is a decorated CD. It reminds us to turn the music up! Sing praises to God! Thank Him for all he has done!
