Nancy's Cake by Paula Roten

When my daddy was in the hospital one time, Nancy Hughes brought Mother and him a cake that was out-of-this-world delicious. (That's not surprising, though, because everything she cooks is out-of-this-world delicious!) When we asked what the name of it was, she said it didn't have a name. So, it became known as Nancy's Cake. It will take every bit of willpower you have not to eat the whole thing warm, straight from the oven.

Nancy's Cake
1 yellow cake mix (I prefer Duncan Hines)
1 cup water
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 can ready made coconut pecan frosting

1. Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until incorporated for approximately 2 minutes.
2. Stir in coconut pecan frosting.

Bake in a well greased and floured Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
