Monday Night Bible Study has been wonderful this summer! Yes, we are learning lots about Nehemiah and being challenged to ask God how He wants to use us to minister to the community around us, but we are also eating quite well and getting new recipes each week. This week's themed menu was appetizers, and Lynda Leeson brought this wonderful, easy dip.
Pimiento Cheese Surprise
2 1/2 cups Price's Pimiento and Cheese
1 can Mexicorn, drained
1 small sweet onion, chopped
2-3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped (to taste)
Combine all ingredients. Best if made ahead of time to let the peppers achieve their full potential. Serve with tortilla chips.
