STRAWBERRY SOUP by Paula Roten

The next few weeks' recipes will be those served at our Ladies Tea (the one I know you are attending this coming Saturday). This first course cold soup is a preview of all the good things to come.


Strawberry Soup

2 cups strawberries, sliced 
1 cup sour cream
1 cup half and half
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp. vanilla

Place all into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Chill before serving. Makes 4 cups.
